Enrollment Instructions

Please note: Although we are accepting new applicants for our classes on a first-come first-serve basis, please be aware that current Marcie and Me participants will be given priority. We advise new applicants to contact us first to verify that there is space left in the desired class before filling out the application and making payment.

You may enroll several ways, but please enroll early, as classes are on a first come first serve basis, and they fill up quickly. There are 3 simple steps to enroll in the Marcie and Me Play Programs:

Step 1: From the schedule above, decide which program or programs you would like, based on your child's age as of September 1 of 2011.

Step 2: In the boxes below, fitst select the age group, then the available day/time/location, and then enter the number of children that you would like to Enroll. Press the Pay Now button, and follow the instructions on the PayPal site to submit your payment. You will be returned to this page when payment has been submitted.

Step 3: If this is your first time at a Marcie and Me class, download and fill out the enrollment form and send it to the Marcie and Me location your child will be attending.

That is it! We will contact you when we receive your payment and verify your information and confirm your child's place in class.

Pay the enrollment fee for the Marcie and Me Play Program online using PayPal. PayPal is a safe and secure way to use your credit card or bank account and you do not have to have a PayPal account.

Choose and Pay for Classes

Select the Age Group from the first column and then the desired class from the second column. If you have more than one child for this class, enter the number in the box below. Press the Pay Now link to pay, and then continue with the enrollment form.

PLEASE NOTE: After paying with PayPal, you must still print and fill out the enrollment form (below) and send it to us to complete the enrollment process.

You are not enrolled until we receive and review your enrollment form and receive payment! We will contact you to confirm your child's enrollment.
